In our environmental approach, we aim to minimize the impact of dyeing textiles on water usage and wastewater discharge. To achieve this, we have implemented two key dyeing processes:

Firstly, we do not color the interior fabric of our products. This reduces the overall amount of water needed for the dyeing process.

Secondly, for the outer fabric of specific versions (such as the blue, black, and khaki versions with item references: 8502149, 8551453, and 8731421), we dye in bulk by adding the color pigments as soon as the yarn is manufactured. This helps to streamline the dyeing process and reduce water consumption.

The volume of each backpack is measured using a standard method to ensure accuracy. We fill the main compartment and each pocket with small balls, then transfer these balls to a graduated container to determine the volume in liters.

To adjust your backpack for optimal comfort and fit, follow these steps:

1. Loosen all straps, including the straps, belt, and load adjuster straps.
2. Put on the backpack.
3. Tighten the shoulder straps.
4. Adjust the load adjuster straps as needed.

When filling your backpack, place heavy items at the bottom and pack clothes around them. Keep essentials like a waterproof jacket or fleece within easy reach. Utilize pockets for small daily items like sunscreen, maps, and sunglasses.

We conduct rigorous laboratory tests to ensure durability and strength of our backpack's components. This includes testing fabric resistance to abrasion and tearing, color fastness under UV light and washing, and waterproofing. We also simulate years of wear and tear on the bag using a dummy that replicates a hiker's movements.

Our backpack features easy access to the outside pocket when hiking horizontally and provides carrying comfort with padded back and straps, as well as thumb loops. The backpack is designed with reduced environmental impact through direct dyeing of the yarn at the source. It has a capacity of 10 liters, weighs 5.1 oz, and measures 15.4 x 8.3 x 4.7 inches. The design includes a main compartment with a double zipper and a deep outer compartment, using durable, abrasion-resistant materials and assemblies.
